More detail could be added though, for the cover consider the masthead, colourscheme (with more detail and linking to genre and target audience) and mise-en-scene of images. Also relationship between text and image. Contents - you seem to realise there are two contents pages - analyse both - some terminology is a little confuisng here too - contents page is meant to list what is in magazine and is different to cover.
Also you looked at media kit - great, but there is a clear target audience and this doesn't change.
